Ryan Wesseling is a Graduate from The Ohio State University, with a degree in Criminology. Ryan retired as a Firefighter/Paramedic after serving 24 years in public service as both a Firefighter and Police Officer. Ryan carries the mentality of doing the right thing when no one is watching throughout all his endeavors. Ryan has been in the construction industry since 2004 with residential building experience with both Ryan Homes and Schumacher Homes. He formed R&R by Ryan in 2017, now Ascend Roofing Group, to offer a more personalized and straightforward approach.

In his personal time Ryan supports several charities serving as an event volunteer for Cincinnati Green Beret Classic Events held annually in the Tri state area to benefit the Green Beret Foundation and is a board member of the Major Darren Baldwin Legacy Foundation www.MajorBaldwinlegacyfoundation.org. Committed to “paying it forward” Ascend Roofing Group donates $250 of each roofing project to the Major Darren Baldwin Legacy Foundation to honor Ryan’s stepbrother, U.S. Army Special Forces Major Darren Baldwin who lost his life to combat injuries sustained in the Iraq War. The foundation annually provides two qualified high school applicants with scholarships to help with college or trade school tuition.

Jack Wesseling is a professionally trained welder with a strong foundation in precision, craftsmanship, and hard work. Recently relocated to Norfolk, Virginia, Jack is proud to support his wife as she serves in the United States Navy. When he's not working with metal, you can find him snowboarding, fishing, or working on perfecting a sense of humor that's almost as sharp as his father's.

Tyler Parks is a dedicated sales professional with a background in construction management and a strong commitment to serving others. As a proud military veteran, Tyler brings discipline, integrity, and attention to detail to every project he's involved in. He understands the importance of clear communication, honest pricing, and delivering on promises.

Laura joins Ascend Roofing Group as our Sales Manager & Coach. She has over 25 years of experience in construction sales and management with new home builders. Laura attended The University of Cincinnati for Real Estate and Business Management.

Laura's outgoing personality and construction knowledge makes her perfect for her job. Her enthusiasm and willingness to help others is an asset to Ascend Roofing Group.

While Laura is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her 3 horses. She also enjoys running, cycling and traveling.
