Ascend Roofing Group — SMS Messaging Program

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number to Ascend Roofing Group and opting in to our messaging program, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS) from us. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Follow-up communications regarding your roofing project

Opt-In Confirmation

When you first opt in to our messaging program, you will receive a confirmation text message similar to:

“Ascend Roofing Group: You’re now subscribed to SMS updates. Msg frequency varies, up to 10/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply. Ascend Roofing Group is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us: STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages from Ascend Roofing Group.

How to Re-Subscribe

If you have opted out and wish to rejoin our messaging program, you may text START to our number or contact us directly at (513) 926-0871 or ryan@ascend-rg.com to re-enroll in our SMS program.

Carrier Liability

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and device compatibility.
